Sweden’s coach Lars Lagerbäck is refusing to rule out the possibility of taking charge of Norway’s national team, reports Skysports.com

Lagerbäck is due to step down as Sweden boss at the end of the World Cup qualifiers, with his side unlikely to qualify for next summer’s finals.

He has been linked with the Norway job, with his good friend Nils Johan Semb reported to be taking on the role of sporting director for the national side.

“I can’t answer any questions about my future, but I will listen to anything that is interesting,” Lagerbäck said.

Lagerback took over as Sweden coach in 2000 and has an impressive qualification record while in charge, reports Goal.com
Former soccer coach Egil “Drillo” Olsen is currently the interim coach for Norway until a successor for Åge Hareide can be found. In Norway’s first game under Olsen’s management they beat Germany 0-1 in a friendly away game in Düsseldorf. It is the first time Norway has won against Germany since the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin.
