Ski Jumping: Jacobsen second at Oberstdorf

Norway’s Anders Jacobsen won silver and team mate Johan Remen Evensen (photo) bronze at the World Cup ski jumping event at Oberstdorf, Germany on Saturday. Finland’s Harri Olli, won with a new hill record of 225.5m.

Evensen jumped 223.5m in his final jump, securing third place on the podium. Jacobsen’s longest jump came in the first round and measured 218m.

Norway’s Anders Bardal placed 7th.
