SIV systems are bankrupt

SIV technology in Surnadal which began in 2007 with thermal spraying machinery for the offshore industry is bankrupt.
It was the founders Jan Tore Andersen Asbjørn Saltrø who in 2007 founded the company SIV Technology AS in the premises of industrial growth Surnadal Industrivekst AS. Thermal spraying machinery for the offshore industry was the background for the start-up. The treatment provides the machinery a with longer life, and that the used equipment can be rehabilitated rather than acquiring new.
SIV AS is the largest shareholder in the company with 66 percent of the shares, while the founders Saltrø and Andersen owns 34 percent. The share capital has been lost.
Nordmøre District Court confirms that there is a possibility of bankruptcy for the company and that John Mareno Teiseth is appointed as trustee.
