SAS reports already a one billion loss
Despite international air authorities believe a tailwind for the aviation industry, it is still the opposite way for SAS.
IATA has registered an increase in passenger numbers in the industry in January. They also expect a rise in February. It enjoys no benefit from SAS.
The first two months ended with a loss of 960 million before tax. Much of this is due, according to Swedish Radio, currency effects.
SAS said that the company expects a loss of 1 billion in the first quarter.
