Police officers march in protest in Oslo
More than 4000 police officers in uniform from across the nation marched the streets of Oslo to the Storting (Parliament) on Wednesday March 25, in protest against what they see as a curtailing of their negotiation rights, reports Norway Post.
Their union claims that the Government is introducing new regulations which they say is putting restrictions on their free time, as well as removing their rights to negotiate in disputes involving the terms of working conditions.
