OSL and Airport Express Train sponsors of FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2011

Oslo Airport and the Airport express Train have acquired the first of the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships’ eight official main sponsor packages.
“This is a very positive collaboration the emphasizes our role as hosts. Everyone who arrives at Oslo Airport and the Airport Express Train will be provided with information on the World Ski Championships,” says Åsne Havnelid, CEO of the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in 2011.
The value of the agreement between Oslo Airport, The Airport Express Train and the World Ski Championships is more than EUR 250,000, and includes decoration and marketing of the World Championships at Norway’s main airport and on the Airport Express Trains. Oslo Airport and the Airport Express Train additionally play the role as partners for the trial championships in 2010.
“The 2011 Ski Championships is a major national and positive event. Here we wish to contribute in the role as a host, while also having the opportunity to present our accomplishments. Oslo Airport and the Airport Express Train will be the port of entry for large numbers of the Ski Championships’ guests. We also want to take the opportunity to reward our employees and customers through participation in the ski festival at Holmenkollen and Midtstuen,” says CEO of Oslo Airport, Nic Nilsen.
