Missing Norwegian Everest climber safe
The Norwegian mountain climber Jarle Traa (39) who went missing on Friday while climbing Mount Everest alone and without oxygen was found on Monday morning and brought down safely.
Traa had reached the top of Everest, but encountered some problems on the way down. When he did not return to camp on time, another Norwegian team went to search for him.
Traa is now back at the Advanced Base Camp at 6200m, and is reported in fair condition, but his rescuers say he has suffered frostbite and that he needs medical attention quickly.
