Classical Trumpet Concert with Tine Thing Helseth in Washington, DC

Tine Thing Helseth, from Oslo, is among the most talked-about talented trumpeters with many prestigeous international engagements to her credit. She will be performing a classical repertoire with Steffen Horn, one of Norways most promising young pianists. Tine Thing Helseth (22) started to play trumpet at the age of 7 and is today one of the leading soloists of her generation. Helseth has appeared as a soloist with various orchestras including Wiener Symphoniker, Vienna Chamber Orchestra, Zürcher Kammerorchester, Staatsphilharmonie Rheinland Pfalz, Cappella Cracowiensis, Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, Camerata Nordica, Nordwestdeutsche Philharmonie, and all the major Norwegian symphony orchestras.
