North Wild Kitchen: Home Cooking from the Heart of Norway was released on Oct. 2 by Prestel. Born and raised in Utah, Berg lived abroad in various cities before buying a mountain farm in Norway’s Numedal valley and settling down there with her Norwegian husband and their son.
