Norwegian police say they have found the Renaissance painting by Lucas Cranach the Elder, which was stolen from a Lutheran church in Larvik on March 8.

The painting “Suffer the Little Children to Come Unto Me” could be worth 15-20 million kroner ($2.1-$2.8 million) and was snatched in a pre-dawn break-in Sunday.

The painting was probably painted around 1540 and had hung in the church in the southern town of Larvik for about 330 years.

A police statement says a 50-year-old man was detained Wednesday on suspicion of being an accomplice in the theft. He led the police to a car, where the painting was found. Police do not know if the paining has any damage.

Cranach lived from 1472 until 1553, and is considered an important German Renaissance painter.
