Bjørndalen leads Norway to easy win in biathlon World Cup relay in Germany
Five-time Olympic champion Ole Einar Bjørndalen led Norway to an overwhelming victory in a biathlon World Cup relay race Jan. 7.
Halvard Hanevold put Norway on course with perfect shooting in the leadoff leg and Bjørndalen had to reload once but kept his team well ahead to cover the 4 x 7.5 kilometerss in one hour 17 minutes 3.3 seconds.
France was 27.5 seconds behind and Germany was third.
