On September 17, the Norwegian Embassy in Washington, D.C. will give you a unique chance to learn more about Norwegian architecture and experience Norwegian cuisine at Ambassador Strømmen’s residence.

In collaboration with The International Club of D.C., the Royal Norwegian Embassy invite you to this special presentation of Norwegian culture. The evening will begin with welcome remarks by Ambassador Strømmen. Peter MacKeith, a renowned expert on Norwegian architecture and design, will thereafter give a lecture on Norwegian architecture titled “From Nature to Ecology: Norwegian Architecture Now.”

Afterwards, you will be invited to sample traditional Norwegian delicacies prepared by the ambassador’s chef along with wine. The evening also provides you with the opportunity to meet diplomatic personnel at the embassy as well as other International Club of D.C. members in attendance.
