Former Iraqi separatist leader questioned by Swiss authorities
Mullah Krekar (51), who has been declared unwanted in Norway, was last week questioned by the Swiss prosecution authority in Oslo, in connection with a case of possible financing of terrorism from Switzerland.
Seven other people in Norway, close to Krekar, were also brought in for questioning.
According to Aftenposten, two people have already been detained in Switzerland in connection with the case.
Krekar’s full name is Najmuddin Faraj Ahmad. He came to Norway as a refugee i 1991.
